Returns
On the rare occasion you require a return, all items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund on the product. If 14 days has passed since the date of your purchase, we will unable to issue you a refund.
Items must be unworn, unscented with all original tags still attached and in its original packaging.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t right, so we are happy to exchange any item that is unworn with all the tags and labels intact with its original packaging. You must request this exchange within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Please note that shipping costs are not covered by Lervene when sent back to us. We advise using your local post office for delivery with a tracking ID.

Item(s) can only be exchanged for a different size, and we’ll send your new item back to you at no extra charge. Please note we offer up to two exchanges for every item.
If your size is no longer in stock, we are happy to offer store credit.
